Do you sell gift cards?

We are not currently selling gift cards.

What are the payment options?

We currently take online payments or accept cash and contactless payments at physical events.

What is your return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product within 30 days of purchase for store credit, an exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. 
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Returned items must not be broken or have any visible signs of wear or use. 
For hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned. 

To Return:

-Your item/s must have proof of purchase.

-Package the item safely and post back to us. 

-You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return the item and shipping costs will not be included in the refund as these are non-refundable. 

-Your item must be in its original packaging.

-Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.

-We will notify you on the status of your refund once the item has been inspected. 

-If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund on the same payment details you paid for the item/s with or notify you with store credit/exchanged product.

No, we currently only offer UK Shipping.
